Jefferson’s Community Schools Leadership Committee

Mission:
Our Community School’s mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment that honors and
celebrates the diversity of our students, families, staff, and community. Through inclusive and
collaborative decision-making that involves parents, educators, students, and community
partners, we work together to support the whole child, their families and our community. By
building strong connections between home and school and bridging cultural differences, we
strive to ensure that every member of our community feels supported, valued, and empowered.
